The Facilities Manager is responsible for the good order of the College buildings and grounds. The role includes management of the daily in-house and contractor-provided services as well as the supervision of building and renovation projects.

Michael Lynch

Michael has been working in the maintenance department at JCH since 2019. In his own words, “it’s great to be involved in the intercollegiate work at Melbourne residential colleges. Having a strong building and carpentry background provides plenty of work opportunities to keep busy on the grounds. It is very rewarding to be working alongside staff and students in a unique workplace always with an emphasis on OH&S requirements.”
