Mr Aidan Carter

Aidan has degrees in international relations, politics, higher education and foreign languages from the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University and the University for Foreigners of Perugia (Italy). Originally from country Victoria, he moved to Melbourne to attend university. He has spent time studying and living abroad in Europe, including working as an English teacher and interpreter in Italy.

Since graduation, he has worked across Swinburne, La Trobe and the University of Melbourne in a myriad of research and teaching roles. He previously worked as a resident tutor at International House and has recently completed a role as a project officer at the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Peer Mentoring Program).

In his spare time, he enjoys learning languages, a good Netflix binge, music (piano and singing), trying to keep fit through running, tennis or cycling, and travelling the world.
